Please note: some amenities, such as the locked Sportsman's Lodge and the Fitness Center, are reserved for community members, but guests enjoy a wide variety of outdoor pursuits available throughout the year.

- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- This property has two exterior security cameras: one above the front door monitoring the entryway, and one mounted on the right side of the house monitoring the trash cans. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
Policies and Rules
- Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. The person booking must sign the agreement and be present for the reservation.
- No smoking inside the home. No evidence of smoking should be left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (6 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectful.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
Parking and Vehicle Information
- AWD/4WD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months should be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Kitchens are well stocked with utensils needed to cook meals. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These starter items are intended for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

Community and Event Information
- Eagles Nest is a developing community with construction activity in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noise may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties, including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests may attend. In the event of a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
